作为论坛的一部分，汉堡市、该市的Dekoloniale文化纪念试点项目和联邦公民教育局将在 2022 年秋冬季就为新的学习场所和纪念德国的殖民主义：您如何不仅记住殖民主义，而且记住它的后果——尤其是种族主义和移民？当地的纪念文化如何变得更加欧洲化、更加全球化和多调化？学习和纪念殖民主义的场所的概念是如何以及与谁产生的？应该讲述哪些故事？
