Opening Ceremony of the Dekoloniale Festival 2022: Welcome Address

Grußwort: Dr. Klaus Lederer

On Thursday, September 1, 2022, we will open this year's Dekoloniale Festival in southern Berlin and take a closer look at the districts of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Neukölln and Tempelhof-Schöneberg. We will start at Mariannenplatz and Studio 1 in the Kunstquartier Bethanien and approach the emancipatory and resistant potential of [de]colonial migrations with workshops, panel discussions, theater and performance.

A welcoming speech will be given by Dr. Klaus Lederer, Berlin Senator for Culture and Europe
